What are the benefits for me? • You learn how to clarify your thoughts so you make better decisions. • You can learn helpful ways to make better decisions. • You will learn tools that are closely related to those of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and REBT. • We focus on 4 points: staying motivated, coping with urges, dealing rationally with problems, living a balanced life. • You can use simple tools to improve your life in each area outlined by the 4 points. • You can feel empowered to change old, unhealthy habits for new, better habits. • You will be active in a group that believes that you have the capabilities within yourself to make things better. • You will discover that most groups are small and intimate, allowing active interactive discussions with all attendees. • You will not be required to have any particular religious belief for the process to work. • You will be coached by trained volunteer facilitators who enthusiastically believe in what they are doing.
