There are now (as of 5/8/2025) two concurrent meetings on Friday evenings. This meeting has grown so much to require a second meeting!
Focused discussion on various SMART Recovery topics to include; motivation, mindfulness, acceptance and lifestyle.
Park in the parking garage across from the main entrance. Parking is free, take a ticket at the entrance, validation tickets are handed out at the meeting. Enter the hospital through the main entrance. You will get a ticket for free parking in the meeting. When leaving the parking garage, insert the ticket, and then insert the validation ticket to open the gate. |
